Head of Legal - TV/Music - 12 Month FTC - PQE 5-9+

A leading player in the entertainment industry is currently searching for a Head of Legal for a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract, starting this September.

The successful candidate will take the lead in all legal and business affairs relating to the production, acquisition and distribution of content; provide advice to the leadership team on deal strategy and structure; draft and negotiate a wide variety of content related agreements; manage the legal and business affairs team, and external counsel; and where necessary, oversee disputes as and when they arise.

To be considered, you should have c.5-9yrs PQE*, within either an entertainment business or leading legal practice, with experience of content production and distribution, preferably within a music or TV background.
