New Build Property Paralegal.
A multi-office, Legal 500 firm in Essex are looking to appoint a new build paralegal into their growing, specialist team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 6-12 months experience of new build matters however, candidates with more general residential conveyancing experience who are looking to specialise in new build transactions will be considered. Proven experience dealing with the Land Registry Portal, Lender Exchange and Help to Buy would be advantageous.
Due to the fast paced nature of new build work, you must have a solid work ethic and meticulous nature. You must also possess strong, communication skills, as you will regularly be speaking to buyers, referrers, agents and other professionals.
