Job Title: Senior Paralegal

Contract: 12 months minimum

Salary: £27-£30K

Our client who sits in the top 100 best law firms in London, are offering a fantastic paralegal position in their banking and restructuring team. The team includes 10 partners who are supported by a team of associates, trainees and paralegals covering banking, restructuring and project finance, with a particular emphasis on real estate finance.

Paralegals are an integrated part of the team and would be expected to be actively involved on transactions. They should expect to share an office with a partner or senior associate as well as a more junior associate or trainee.

Main responsibilities:

• Assisting partners and associates on banking and real estate finance transactions
• Liaising with clients on preparation of loan documents and related ancillary documents
• Negotiating more minor transaction documents with opposing lawyers
• Transaction management – monitoring progress, collecting signatures and maintaining records
