Our client is a leading law firm with a unique reputation in the media and entertainment field. The Trade Mark team which has a distinct reputation continues to grow in scale and stature.

This is a unique opportunity for a Trade Mark Paralegal to not only add value with your Tarde Mark support ability, but uniquely within a team where you will be client facing and nurture your development to progress professionally in Trade Marks.

This invigorating role will undertake the full array of Trade Mark portfolio support to include:-

• Assisting in the management of IP portfolios,  including Trade Marks, copyright and designs.
• Maintain and update central database of trade mark registrations/pending applications and registered designs.
• Support the team in adherence with all national and foreign trade mark deadlines.
• Liaise with foreign trade mark attorneys in the prosecution of trade mark applications, oppositions, renewals and related matters.
• Manage the trade mark and design registration renewals, and manage the trade mark and design registration certificates.
• Provide general administration assistance where necessary and to assist with trade mark billing and billing co-ordination.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, confident Trade Mark Paralegal who will ideally possess the Trade mark formalities certificate, ideally have experience of WebTMS/IPPO and can clearly demonstrate a wealth of experience in Trade Mark administration and/or formalities, gained either in-house or in private practice. You will be a self-starter and motivated to continue learning and appreciate this as an opportunity for career development.
