Employment Solicitor

An opening has emerged for a junior to mid level Employment Lawyer with at least 2 years PQE with a good grounding in advising commercial clients on a variety of Employment matters. This employment solicitor role will see you handle a respondent based caseload comprising both contentious and non-contentious matters. You will work closely with clients and colleagues and you should have a keen eye for service delivery. The firm has a high quality client base including some larger household names as well as a number of owner managed businesses.

The Employment Division deal with a full range of Employment Tribunal issues including unfair dismissal, discrimination, transfer of undertakings and collective redundancy issues. This is a fantastic role for any aspiring lawyer looking to join a strong employment team.

A lot of the work you and your team will have handled will have been medium to high net worth in nature. You will show clear progression and be keen to move into a role that offers a unique opportunity to build your career further.
