Senior PA/Group Team Leader

Our client, a cutting edge International law firm with a strong London presence, is offering a role as PA to Partner/Secretarial Group Leader on a permanent basis. You will oversee a team of 15, highlighting training needs, monitoring workflows, assisting with the recruitment of future support members, monitoring performance, dealing with disciplinary and grievance issues (with close assistance with the Head of Legal Business Services). You will also support a Partner and his team with a full PA service, managing all diaries, e-mail inboxes (drafting replies), booking all travel (national and international) including hotels and currency. You will also act as first port of call for his clients so will need to have proven prior experience of forging business relationships. The firm really does have a special atmosphere to it - you only have to walk the floors once to feel it - so if you are an experienced PA/Secretarial Group Leader from a City law firm, we would certainly like to hear from you.
