Commercial Litigation Solicitor.
A well known full service law firm in Preston are seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor (5yrs+ PQE) to join them as part of succession planning.
The firm have several offices across Lancashire and are continuing to grown and expand. As this role is to take over from a senior member of the team who is retiring, there is an existing caseload of a broad mix of commercial litigation matters including: professional negligence, contract disputes, shareholder disputes and some construction related matters.
You must be an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor with at least 5yrs+ PQE (ideally closer to, or above 10yrs+). You will have a strong track record in handling a broad mix of general commercial litigation matters (ideally with some contentious construction experience, although not essential).
There is flexibility regarding the location of the role and there could be scope to work in either their Preston or Chorley office.
In addition to taking over the existing client base and caseload, this is a pivotal role and there is lots of scope for progression to head up the department and the firm envisage the team growing over the next couple of years.
Competitive salary on offer (negotiable depending on experience) together with 25 days holiday and contributory pension scheme.
