Mental Health Paralegal / NQ Solicitor

Our candidate is looking to recruit an experienced Mental health paralegal or a NQ Mental health solicitor.

The successful candidate will support solicitors with casework and carry out administrative tasks as directed by members of the team. The role will involve travel to meet with clients at mental health units within and outside of London.
The successful candidate will have experience in taking instructions from clients, drafting letters, preparing instructions to experts, drafting briefs to counsel and preparing bundles.
They will have strong organisational and time management skills and excellent oral and written communication skills.
It is advantageous if candidates have already achieved membership of the Law Society's Mental Health Accreditation Scheme, but not essential.
It is desirable for candidates to have some experience in working with clients with mental health difficulties and advantageous to have Court of Protection experience.
This is a permanent position with immediate start date.
Salary and benefits will be dependent on experience or potential of the candidate.
