The Role

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Tax & Trust Solicitor with at least 7 years PQE to join this highly reputable Legal 500 law firm in Kent/SE London.

This is a pivotal appointment to the firm’s well respected Private Client team of 15 fee earners who are rated in the Legal 500 and led by a Chambers ‘Leading Individual’.

The role will involve the administration of ongoing Trusts, with support form others in the team. You will have the capability of advising on different Trust structures and the tax implications that flow from that advice.  You will deal with a whole range of different types of Trusts from the complex to the more straightforward.
