Construction Solicitor

The firm, who are a high performing and cohesive, based in Birmingham city centre, are seeking a Construction Solicitor to complement their current Construction team. The firm offer a modern approach and are seeking a candidate who can develop effective, long-term relationships with their clients

Your role will include working alongside colleagues across the country and advising clients on construction and asset management matters. It will involve advising of major infrastructure projects, development and real estate. You must have a drive to learn and develop while offering your knowledge of the construction industry to the team.

It is desirable that the Construction Solicitor has:

• Qualified solicitor with between 2-8 years PQE (guideline only)
• Proven experience dealing with a varied construction caseload
• Relationship development and maintenance is critical to the role as are communication skills.
