The Opportunity
The Residential Housebuilding Team is one of the largest of its kind. You'll play a vital role assisting with licences and consents subsequent to sales and freehold reversion sales and liaise closely with the Development Team compiling sales documentation.

Requirements
You'll either be a Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 12 months solid residential conveyancing experience, what type of practice you gained that experience is not important, what is key is that you possess demonstrable experience of dealing with complex conveyancing issues, have excellent communication skills, a positive outlook and the desire to offer outstanding client service. In addition, you'll have strong IT skills and have previous case management experience.

Benefits
This is a great opportunity to join a growing, busy team where you'll play an integral part in the delivery of some of the UK's most exciting residential developments for premier clients.
