The company:

A well-known financial services broker is seeking to recruit a Legal Counsel, reporting into the Head of Legal. This is a broad corporate and commercial role.

The Role:

This includes work on a wide range of commercial agreements and contracts, product and regulatory advice and managing relationships with key stakeholders.

About you:

  • A qualified solicitor with circa 0-2 years' PQE
  • Ideally some corporate, commercial or financial services experience - This is not essential and there is some flexibility with previous experience
  • Commercially focused with excellent communication skills able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
