This is a great opportunity for a Commercial Property/Real Estate lawyer to join one of the UK's leading clean energy companies.
Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will be involved in a range of commercial property matters, assisting with acquisition, developments, and disposal, carrying out due diligence and disclosure. You will also review, draft, and negotiate property contracts, advise on disputes, manage their property portfolio, and be proactive regarding future legislative and regulatory changes.
You should ideally be NQ-3PQE, with a commercial property/real estate background. You should have private practice training. You may also have an in-house secondment, which is persuasive, but not necessary.
