Working in a law firm in Portsmouth, this role is based within the Debt recovery team and they are looking for a hungry self starter who either is a law graduate and who wishes to start out on their career in law or who already has law firm experience and who wishes to develop themselves along the paralegal route.
You will manage your own caseload of debt recovery and/or return of goods cases. Practical training will be given to you to assist you with managing your caseload, which will include issuing Court proceedings, negotiating with Defendants and obtaining and enforcing County Court Judgments.
You simply need to be a

• Excellent communication skills
• Negotiation skills
• A legal background OR previous experience within a law firm, although this does not have to be within debt recovery
• Good GCSEs and/or A Levels
• IT Literate
