CONTRACTS MANAGER - IMMEDIATE START - INTERNATIONAL E-COMMERCE
We are working with a household name in e-commerce who are looking to hire a contracts manager to join their busy legal team in London. This will be paying a daily rate, and will be an initial period of 6 months (and has potential to extend or become permanent for the right candidate).
This role will involve maintaining their contracts management system, Ariba, and creating processes in place for the wider business to utilise. After some initial training, the role will involve training staff across the business in how to correctly use the system, including within their international offices. There will also be an element of coordinating signatures for approving contracts and managing related workflows. This is a role with a high level of responsibility and you must be able to adapt to time-pressures accordingly.
The successful candidate will be accustomed to administrative work (ideally 2-3 years of experience), have high attention to detail, and willingness to travel. A background in legal contracts would be advantageous. You must be willing to learn and be immediately available (expected to start in July). Whilst Ariba experience would be helpful, full training will be provided and you will be supported by the legal team. Fluent Spanish would be desirable but not mandatory.
Please note candidates with exceptional experience outside of these perimeters may still apply.
Due to the high volume of applications we receive for each of our roles we are unable to respond on an individual basis. If you have not received a response within 48 hours of having submitted your details, it is likely that your application has not been successful on this occasion.
