Top-tier Corporate Practice – 4-8 PQE Corp Lawyer – International Firm – Hong Kong

Our client, an international firm with one of the most established Hong Kong office is looking for a 4-8 PQE corporate lawyer for its diverse corporate practice. This is a rare opportunity as this firm typically does not hire laterals at this seniority and there are strong options for Partner-track available.

The role will be focused on diverse in Corporate Finance include M&A (PE and JV), IPO, General Corporate, Compliance, and Regulatory. Clients include multinationals, PRC, and Hong Kong companies. You will be under 5 partners for maximum deal diversity and all have an open-door policy. The work/life balance is also top of the market with only 1400 billable hour’s target. This is a rare opportunity to work with one of the most established international firms in Hong Kong under 5 partners with Partner-track available and Silver Circle salary packages.

Role requirements:

• 4-8 PQE.
• HK qualification is necessary.
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is required.
• Strong firm history and education.
• Must have previous diverse corporate finance experience.
