Capital Markets – 3-6 PQE Lawyer – Top Tier US Firm – Singapore

I am currently handling a unique position with a Top Tier US Firm, who are looking for a mid-level associate (3-6 PQE) to focus on capital market transactions, representing issuers, underwriters and investors on a broad range of public and private offerings, including IPO’s that are listed on the New York Stock Exchange and the stock exchanges of Singapore, Hong Kong, Mumbai/Delhi.

The team also covers high yield debt offerings, convertible bonds, Rule 144A debt and preferred stock private placements, Regulation S offerings, debt restructurings, venture capital and private equity financings, asset securitizations, and issuer tender offers.

Remuneration will be calculated on a case by case basis with a rare chance for Singapore Qualified candidates to be receiving top US salaries.

Role requirements:

• 3-6 PQE.
• US or Sing qualified
• Strong firm history and international education.
• Must have previous experience in a corporate finance practice.
