Court of Protection Solicitor or Legal Executive.
My client is an established and highly innovative national law firm with a reputation for exceptional client care. They possess a footprint of offices spread across the UK and one of the country's leading Court of Protection teams, offering services to include: deputyship services, gifts, EPas and LPAs and replacing deputyships with private trusts. The inter-departmental approach enables the Birmingham-based firm to offer a wide range of expertise in matters concerning financial management, planning, investment, taxation and returns to the Court.
As such they are looking to recruit a qualified Court of Protection lawyer with upwards of 3 years' post qualified experience in the field of Court of Protection work. Given the nature of the work type you will be a strong communicator with an empathetic approach and an ethos for always putting clients' needs first.
