Court of Protection Paralegal

This Legal 500 listed Court of Protection team have a new opportunity for an experience Paralegal/NQ in their Manchester team.

The team has gone from strength to strength and has one of the best team for this work in the city.

The successful Paralegal play a vital role, acting as the first point of contact to the firm's clients, typically vulnerable individuals, as well as their families. You will help clients manage their day-to-day financial affairs, whilst also assisting the practicalities of things like paying bills or purchasing a suitable car.

The ideal candidate:
You will preferably have experience of working as an Administrator or Paralegal in a Court of Protection team
You will have experience in advising on welfare benefit entitlements
Background in working with vulnerable individuals, ideally those lacking capacity
