Property Litigation Solicitor - West End

Our client, a long established West End law firm, is seeking a tenacious and practical Property Litigation Solicitor with upwards of 5 years PQE.

This role offers the successful candidate a superb opportunity to join a highly regarded firm located in the West End of London where you will have the chance to enhance your profile working alongside noted experts in their respective fields.

Your work will encompass all aspects of Property Litigation matters, from drafting joint venture agreements to landlord and tenant matters. Your caseload may also cover contractual disputes, construction litigation, and occasionally, employment and other civil matters. You may be involved in cross-border disputes where your research skills will be paramount.

In addition to having a strong background in Commercial Litigation, the successful candidate must demonstrate:

- The ability to present legal issues in a clear yet concise manner.

- Strong commercial awareness and focus.

- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

- The ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently.
