Rural Property Lawyer

West midlands practice seeks to recruit an experienced property lawyer for its highly regarded rural property team.

Due to the maternity leave of a senior associate our client seeks to recruit an experienced property lawyer on a six month fixed term contract basis. The successful candidate will join a tier one Chambers and Legal 500 ranked team that advises landowners, farmers, tenants and rural businesses on real estate transactions.

Applications are sought from property lawyers who have upwards of five years real estate experience. Prior rural/agricultural real estate experience is preferred, however, those without relevant sector experience but with a genuine interest in this sector, will also be considered.

This role will commence in June and is scheduled to run for at least six months.
