EXCLUSIVE to Robert Walters - Legal Counsel M&A - Abu Dhabi - Leading Organisation
Key responsibilities:
- Become the trusted legal advisor to the business
- Draft, review, negotiate and finalise commercial contracts
- Ensure corporate governance
- Assist in managing and monitoring external counsel
Essential Requirements:
- Must be 8 + PQE
- Must be qualified from a Common Law jurisdiction
- Must have experience working on M&A transactions, preferably in funds and private equity
- Must have experience executing M&A transactions internationally
- Must have excellent drafting and technical skills
- Ideally be based in the region
