Residential Property Lawyer

A growing firm in Sussex are looking to further expand their Residential Property Team by bringing on board an additional Residential Property Lawyer. The firms’ preference would be to bring the successful individual into the business on a permanent basis, however, they are also open to considering candidates on a Fixed Term Contract basis initially.

The firms’ Residential Property remit is expanding and they are looking to add to their team with a Solicitor, Lawyer, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer who wishes to grow and develop with the practice.

A strong working knowledge of the Residential Property market is essential along with the desire to develop with the team. A training seat in Residential Property or at least six months of experience in handling a Residential Property caseload is ideal.

Candidates need to be able to demonstrate experience in handling sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties; re-mortgages; transfers of equity; leases and new builds.

The successful individual will be joining a small yet well established team offering the support required to become an expert in your field. The firm have exciting growth plans for the future and this vacancy represents a fantastic opportunity to join a team at the beginning of a fruitful journey.
