Plexus Law is a Specialist Defendant Insurance Practice with offices in London, Manchester, Leeds, Evesham, Liverpool and Edinburgh. The firm works with Insurance Companies, Corporate and Public Sector Clients and the Lloyd’s market.
Role
A rare chance to work part-time as an IT Trainer at a prestigious law firm in the centre of Leeds, working a minimum of 16 hours a week, although up to 20 hours a week are available.
You will need to be able to work a minimum of Mondays 09:30 – 16:30, Tuesdays 09:00 – 15:30 and potentially Wednesday mornings.
Delivering Case Management System Training in Leeds, with some travel to other parts of the country as required, you will be delivering an introduction to Firm’s IT Systems Training, both face to face and via GoToMeeting software. You will also be involved in assisting the L&D Coordinator with the administration tasks, including updating training materials producing short guides and help cards to assist employees and assisting with team project work where required.
You do not need experience in training on our case management software as full training will be given, although previous experience of delivering case management system training would be an advantage. You will have strong presentation and organisational skills and be familiar with the Microsoft Suite, particularly Outlook (v.2016/Office 365). It is critical that you are able to communicate effectively with all levels of seniority within the firm.
