An established and reputable firm, with offices located across the south of Worcestershire is seeking an experienced residential conveyancer to join its team as a Conveyancing Manager.

· Established over 50 years ago as a specialised residential conveyancing practice
· Now a multi-discipline practice with offices across the region
· Seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its team in Evesham
The Opportunity
· Permanent role for an experienced conveyancer to join this busy team
· Opportunity to develop your career in residential property
· Handle a varied caseload of sales and purchase transactions, freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, transfers of title, buying and selling at auction, new build purchases, help to buy etc
· Act as a supervisor for a small team of support staff
· Be a part of a friendly, approachable and supportive team
· Support from your own secretary and the wider office
The Requirement
· You will be a Solicitor/ Legal Executive/ Licensed Conveyancer/ Residential Conveyancer
· You will have good experience of handling a caseload from inception through to completion
· You will have previous experience in a management or supervisory position
