Badenoch and Clark are representing a well-established company who due an increased workload are looking to bring on interim resource.
The Role
- Drafting, negotiating and renewing a range of legal documentation to mitigate risk for the group
- Commercial agreements is the focus of the role and can vary from; IT, outsourcing, software, supply, agency, distribution
- Implementing GDPR projects throughout the business
- Ensuring that all areas of the group are complying with regulation and company policies
- Liaising with a variety of internal and external stakeholders up to senior level providing solid legal advice and minimising risk
- Organising other legal work internally and externally in areas such as IP, disputes etc.
The Candidate
- A qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE in commercial contracts
- Ideally experience gained in a mixture of private practice/in-house
- Some experience in IT/Tech contracts and GDPR is preferable
- Available to start on short-notice
