Leading small cap firm has a pressing requirement to recruit a private client partner, with a view to succession planning.

My client is a well known City firm, ranked highly in the directories across multiple practice areas. The private client practice has made notable hires over the past few years and, with an eye on succession planning, has an active need to recruit an established partner.

The client list is broad, with a significant overseas element and instructs on the full range of private client matters including estate planning, tax and trusts, Court of Protection and LPA among others.

This is a rare opportunity for an existing partner, with a portable following upwards of £350k, who is working currently within an existing rated practice and who wants potentially to play a lead role in the growth of the department.
