The Role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented Corporate/Commercial Lawyer to join a leading firm in Dartford. The successful Lawyer will be technically adept with solid knowledge covering a broad range of Corporate and Commercial law matters. Joining an expert team, duties of this exciting role may include: negotiating and drafting commercial contracts; representing SME businesses; domestic and international transactions; mergers and acquisitions; drafting shareholders’ agreements and; reviewing data protection policies.

The Candidate
You will be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive, NQ – 4 years’ PQE;
Solid knowledge in Corporate and Commercial matters;

Able to work efficiently independently whilst retaining a keen eye for detail;
Willing to participate in business development and networking initiatives.
