Well established and profitable firm has an immediate requirement to recruit an established family partner into its City of London office.
The role has arisen due to an increase in instructions and referred work and the need to have someone at the helm of the London team. This opportunity is perfect for an existing partner who is blocked from heading up their current team or looking to step up into a larger firm.
Work undertaken includes, but not limited to:
- financial proceedings relating to divorce and dissolution of civil partnerships
- private children issues, including financial applications
- prenuptial and pre civil partner agreements
- international aspects of separation and divorce
- domestic violence
