My client is a multi award winning, nationally recognised Conveyancing firm with offices throughout the country. They are now looking for an experienced conveyancer to join a specialist team in which you will supply technical expertise on sales related enquires

The role;

You will be working within a high volume residential conveyancing setting and you will be responsible for;

• Reply to legal enquires professionally and within defined timescales
• Assisting the Conveyancing teams with queries relating to sale files
• Preparing and drafting sale contract documentation where required
• Work as a locum conveyancing as required

The candidate;

You will have a background working within residential conveyancing or legal or within the housing industry such as an estate agent as the role does not involve managing a caseload. You will have excellent written and oral communication skills as well as problem solving and research skills. You will also have excellent attention to detail as well organisational skills.
