A High Street Practice in Hampshire requires the assistance of a Property Lawyer with experience in handling Residential and Commercial Property matters to cover a period of holiday leave in summer.
Due to the fact the caseload you will be covering is a mixture of Residential and Commercial Property matters, candidates need to be able to demonstrate experience and a strong working knowledge of the Residential and Commercial Property market. The successful candidate will need to handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases of Residential and Commercial properties; transfers of equity; re-mortgages; leases and lease extensions; licences; developments; new builds; option agreements and property finance.
Previous locum experience will be beneficial but not a pre-requisite.
There will be secretarial support and the use of a case management system.
Qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives, Licenced Conveyancers and candidates qualified by experience are encouraged to apply.
