Experienced Private Client Lawyer, preferably with Conveyancing experience is sought for well-established, Lexcel accredited firm in Rochdale.

Due to continuing success, they are now seeking an experienced Private Client Lawyer to join their team.
The Role
An interesting opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Lawyer to join a Lexcel accredited firm based in Greater Manchester. The successful Lawyer will demonstrate a solid knowledge of a wide range of Private Client matters and also have the ability to undertake some Commercial and Residential Conveyancing duties when required. The ideal candidate will show enthusiasm in their work and have ambition for career progression. Duties of this position may include: drafting Wills; managing trust files; advising on a wide range of tax issues; intestacies and; estates administration.
Conveyancing duties may also include: re-mortgages; lease extensions; right to buy; submitting and reviewing searches and; registering title. This is a great role for a Lawyer seeking a varied and interesting caseload within a highly-regarded firm.
The Candidate
You will be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3+ years’ PQE gained at a reputable firm;
Solid knowledge of a wide range of Private Client matters is essential;
Ability to undertake Commercial and Residential Conveyancing duties is advantageous;
Excellent client care and communication skills;
Able to explain complex legal matters in clear and empathic terms;
Willing to participate in business development and networking initiatives.
