I am currently looking for a Paralegal in the Lincoln area to work within an Employment and Dispute Resolution Department.
The role will include:
- Running your own general litigation files including debt recovery work for clients up to and including issuing proceedings, residential possession work and boundary disputes.
- Assisting with other possession claims including issuing proceedings.
- Assisting the teams fee earners with a range of dispute resolution matters potentially including commercial landlord and tenant cases, contentious probate and TOLATA claims.
- Helping to maximise revenue, overall team performance and delivery to clients.
Ideal candidate:

- Commercially aware
- Production of laser forms (lexis nexis)
