An ambitious firm with a long history is seeking a Conveyancer for their Wimbledon office. Their team is committed to providing their clients (businesses, families and individuals) with outstanding legal advice and practical solutions to help them achieve their goals. They offer sharp, commercially astute legal expertise with a down-to-earth approach. They are also active in supporting charities.

With open plan offices, a friendly and supportive environment and good internal communication this is a very comfortable place to work. There is regular interaction between offices, including a summer and a Christmas party. The Managing Partner holds regular forums where suggestions and ideas can be shared. As a holder of the Investor in People accreditation, professional support is encouraged and supported, and there is budget for both internal and external training.

IT systems are all singing and all dancing with remote access available.

The position is very much a business development role and will involve winning and nurturing clients. The successful candidate will be expected to be active in networking groups and to wine and dine clients. They will also be expected to complete the technical work. Their Teddington based corporate lawyer has brought on clients that will need to be developed further. As such, the position will involve work in that location. As things progress, more and more time will need to be spent in Teddington which may eventually become the candidates home office.

The successful candidate will have:

At least 3 years

Strong Business Development skills

Solicitors, Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers and part or even non-qualified candidates will be considered providing they have the skills and experienced required
