FTC Legal Assistant

In-House Legal Assistant(6 Month FTC) - Chichester - £Competitive rate

Your new company
You will be working within an in-house legal team consisting of a Legal Director and two associate legal counsels. Due to one of the legal counsels leaving on maternity leave they have an urgent requirement for someone to come assist the team on their workload.

Your new role
Your role will include approving or re-negotiating the requested changes to standard clauses in contracts, review terms and conditions, NDAs and assist in data protection matters. You will be tasked with also compiling monthly reports on KPIs. You will also need to assist on any additional matters when asked to do do.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will need to be educated with relevant legal qualification such as LLB, GDL, LPC or CILEx. Previous legal experience is not essential but desirable. You will also have a great attention to detail, have great communication and be confident.
