Locum Residential Property Lawyer

A national law firm requires the assistance of a Locum Residential Property Lawyer to cover a period of holiday leave in their Birmingham office.  

Candidates should be able to demonstrate experience in handling a full Residential Property caseload to include: freehold and leasehold sales and purchases; transfers of equity; re-mortgages; leases and lease extensions; developments and new builds. It would be of significant benefit if the successful candidate has previous experience in handling high volume caseloads.

The successful candidate must be available at short notice. Previous experience as a locum would be beneficial but not a pre-requisite.

There will be secretarial support and the use of a case management system.  

Qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives, Licenced Conveyancers and candidates qualified by experience are encouraged to apply.
