Corporate Paralegal 

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Paralegal to work for an international investment firm in London. This is a full-time role and will offer fantastic experience.

Key duties:

  • Review and organize document productions 
  • Conduct investigative research
  • Prepare letters and draft documents 
  • New instructions to professionals
  • Supervise and manage international attorneys
  • Draft briefs for international attorneys
  • NDA’s
  • Partner agreements
  • Novations
  • Litigation support
  • Conduct investigative research 
  • Maintain calendars to track deadlines 

The role is a Commercial role coordinating international legal strategies and will be interesting and fast-paced. There could be some Corporate work for the candidate with relevant experience. The role offers great exposure to Principals, Senior Lawyers and Strategy, and will involve lots of interaction across the businesses, jurisdictions and fields. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential

Essential experience and skills for success:

  • A minimum of 5 years-experience, working as a Commercial/Litigation Paralegal for an International Law Firm or International Organisation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Dependable, responsive, and committed to producing high quality work
  • Flexible, and willing to pitch in on matters and projects, even if the work falls outside your normal scope of duties
  • Can act independently with initiative, and use good judgment, whilst not afraid to ask questions
  • Professionalism in both verbal and written work
  • Technical skills in Microsoft Office
