Residential Development Deputy Team Leader - Taunton.
 
Seeking an experienced property lawyer looking for something a little different.
 
This reputed top tier firm are recruiting - and seek a number 2, or deputy head to work alongside an already very successful partner and head of new homes department. 
 
In this role you will be working with developers across the UK. These will include both large and small residential developers and to succeed in this role you should already be confident handling site set up work. 
 
In this leadership position you will not have a personal billing target, but instead work toward departmental targets (which are already being smashed!). 
 
You will become the deputy head of team, and as such managing people will take up much of your time. Further down the line you will involved in appraisals for the large team as well as being involved in training and development of the more junior team members, to get them where they need to be. 
 
Your own progression will not suffer. This role will be offered at Associate level, but this is only the start. It is anticipated you will progress quickly onto senior associate and eventually partnership. 
 
Salary to circa £45k + Team Bonus + Parking Space + progression
