Head of Residential Property - Oxfordshire.
Established for over 150 years this 2 branch law firm in Oxfordshire is looking to expand its Oxford premises. As part of the firms succession planning they are seeking a Solicitor that specialises in all aspects of conveyancing and property work to head up their Residential Property department.
The firm have a formidable reputation and an extensive network of professional contacts in the local area. Offering you a broad range of property-related legal work for private clients, a number of small to medium sized business owners as well as several agricultural farming & estates clients.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable with liaising with property owners and property developers, business owners and local landowners(including farmers) as the firm have been instructed for several decades, for their expertise in this area of property law.
You will be responsible for handling all the sales & purchase and leasehold work.
The role will also require that you over see a team of 4 residential property fee earners as well as managing your own residential property caseload.
