Professional Development Officer (L&D/CPD)

Exciting opportunity to join a leading American law firm with stunning offices based in the City. Our client is looking for a Professional Development to join their London office, supporting all training and development activity across the London office, supporting a number of key stakeholders.

You will be working on all aspects of the Lawyer development process, administering training programs, overseeing bar and CPD issues, dealing with trainee induction programmes, coordinating logistics for all events and training, preparing reports, overseeing the Attorney registration process, managing the qualification process, enrolling lawyers and business support staff on courses, liaising with course providers, and attending Committee meetings.

The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level with 2-3 years' of relevant experience within Legal or other professional services. You must have excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines. You will be bright, responsive and enthusiastic, with the confidence to liaise at all levels both across the firm and externally.
