A FOCUS ON BUDGETING

The role is designed to attract someone who wishes to focus more on costs budgeting work, namely drafting Precedent H and Precedent R costs budgets. You will be familiar with drafting points of dispute and points of reply as well as other aspects of advising on costs matters.

Though the role demands proven experience in a costs role. However, the position will not simply revolve around costs budgeting. On the contrary, the successful candidate will gain access to a range of work as well as being involved in other aspects of the department including internal training and mentoring more junior staff.
