CLINICAL NEGLIGENCE PARALEGAL - MANCHESTER

Clinical Negligence Paralegal / Litigation Executive – A clinical negligence paralegal with experience of handling their own caseload is sought by this leading (and growing) claimant team. Candidates with litigated experience would be ideal, but the team is prepared to also consider those with pre-litigation experience with a view to training them up and developing their experience.

THE TEAM AND TYPE OF WORK

The team carries a broad range of work from late diagnosis and misdiagnosis work as well as cosmetic injury to high-value birth injury cases including cerebral palsy – though such cases are handled by more experienced clinical negligence fee earners.

THE CANDIDATE

Ideally, the team is searching for someone who is already comfortable handling their own caseload of pre-litigated or litigated work. Applicants should have previous clinical negligence experience at a reputable law firm and be looking for the next step in their career.

Furthermore, given the amount of training and investment involved, our client is looking for those who are genuinely committed to a career in clinical negligence. All applicants should be bright and enthusiastic with excellent attention to detail.

TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

This is a large team in Manchester with the ability to invest heavily in the members of the team. The department in well-established, though is still growing.
