The role involves acting for businesses in the recovery of uncontested debts. The process includes all aspects from processing the data; letter before action; issue of proceedings; obtaining judgment and enforcement. It is essential that you have experience in a variety of enforcement methods to include attachement of earnings and charging orders. You will also have the opportunity to develop and enhance your skills in handling defended disputes.
