Funds / Corp Paralegal - Leading Asset Manager - 6 Month FTC

The role will offer:

• the opportunity to advise on the asset manager's funds in jurisdictions including the UK, Luxembourg, Australia, the Caymans and Guernsey (these include UCITS and QIAIFS)
• responsibility for the review of fund documentation including IMAs, constitutional documentation, NDAs and offer documents;
• the opportunity to advise on regulatory matters relating to the asset manager's funds.

As such, the successful candidate will demonstrate the following:

• experience in a financial services organisation (preferably but not necessarily in asset management);
• experience in advising on funds in foreign jurisdictions, ideally including UCITS and QIAIFS);
• ideally, experience negotiating on funds documentation.
