A new and exciting opportunity has arisen at a Private Equity Fund Manager, who are looking to appoint a Legal Associate to join their lean legal team.Reporting to the General Counsel, you will be involved in a wide variety of front-office legal activity spanning M&A, banking, funds, employment and commercial.
This opportunity will suit a junior private practice or in-house lawyer looking for a varied workload and career progression within a successful fund with ambitious growth plans. You will need to have strong Corporate Finance experience with exposure to major transactions.
To be considered you will ideally have between 0 - 2 years' PQE and qualified to practice in England & Wales.
