Are you an ambitious Property Paralegal looking to join an established, award winning UK law firm?

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced property paralegal to join an established, award winning UK law firm based in Birmingham. They places client's needs at the centre of everything it does and due to consistent expansion, this position has become available.

The firm is seeking a responsible paralegal with the ability to work efficiently and confidently in a team with at least 1 years' experience in commercial property.

Your responsibilities would include, but not limited to, being involved in all property aspects of development and regeneration schemes; advising and undertaking acquisitions of development sites for residential and mixed use schemes for social landlords and private sector developers and housing providers; providing legal advice and running of your own files.

The candidate must:
* Be able to show a desire to exceed client expectations; have a high degree of initiative and the ability to cope in a demanding environment;
* Excellent organisational and prioritising skills and the ability to work in a busy team while communicating excellently and enhancing client relationships.
