Clinical Negligence Associate Solicitor.
Recognised by the Legal 500 and for their outstanding Clinical Negligence offering nationally and internationally, this is a truly excellent opportunity for a confident and talented Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join perhaps the most highly regarded Defendant Clinical Negligence specilist team based in the heart of Liverpool city centre.
You'll be in control of your own caseload of Clinical Negligence claims which you'll handle on behalf of their national clientele which include the NHSLA and local hospital trusts. You'll be experienced in dealing wiith Clinical Negligence claims through from instruction through to completion and/or trial and be able to work confidently with minimal supervision.
The team is currently around 15 strong and has grown rapidly in size over the last 12 - 18 months due to an influx of new instructions from their clients. You'll be working in a supportive and friendly environent where you'll have full support from Paralegals and Legal Assistants to provide the best quality service to your clients.
You will be a qualified Solicitor and posses in excess of two year’s experience in dealing with Clinical Negligence claims. Ideally you will be a defendant Clinical Negligence Solicitor but if you have solid experience from a predominantly claimant background, you are will be given equal consideration for this role.
