Perhaps the fatest growing Personal Injury specialist firms on the Wirral have a unique position within their dedicated Counter Claims department, for an experienced and passionate Litigator. The majority of the work that the Counter Claims team deal with is litigated, so you'll be able to demonstrate a solid background in litigation.
 
The Counter Claims team currently consists of around 5 experienced Solicitos & Fee Earners and they deal exclusively with cases on both a claimant and defendant basis. You'll have experience dealing with litigated claimant and defendant work, either within a counter claims environment or as a fee earner dealing with either/or. Your new role will see you taking control of your own personal caseload which you'll handle from instruction through to completion.
