Client Details
Our client is a large multinational software and services organisation with an excellent reputation in their specialist software field. There are 7 lawyers working in house with this client and are a well established and stable team seeking additional commercial legal support.
Description
- Broad general commercial work
- Likely to be working on Software licensing agreements and other IT agreements
- Some GDPR may also be present
Profile
The candidate should have experience in-house working on commercial contracts and supporting various business functions with day-to-day ad hoc legal work.
Personality and ability to gel well with the business is hugely important.
Job Offer
Daily rate of £450 a day
Excellent working environment with some flexibility after embedding to work a day from home if needed.
