Head of Legal, Media Investment Firm
Our client, a dynamic and growing media investment firm, is seeking a new Head of Legal.
This firm has quickly gained a strong reputation in TV/film financing and distribution; they are increasingly focused on direct media investment and have substantial backing. As a result our client are now looking for an experienced lawyer with a background in corporate finance and/or venture capital to be a core part of the firm’s continued growth. Heading up a small team, this role will work very closely with the founders and commercial directors to continue the success of the business.
This is a rare and exciting opportunity for the right person to take a pivotal role in a growing and ambitious media investment firm.
As this is a senior role, we would expect the right candidate to have at least 5 years PQE with private practice or in-house experience in a relevant field. Relevant candidates who are available immediately or at short notice are particularly invited to apply.
